Clyde Nolan Killgore, 77, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Walkers Creek Cemetery in Cameron, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2022 at White’s Springtown Chapel in Springtown. He was born February 19, 1945 in Kennedale, Texas to Charles Killgore and Mabel Beam. Clyde enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening and he was a good cook with a curiosity for trying different flavors. He had a giving heart for family, friends and those in need whether it was just a helping hand or financial need. He had countless friends, always talking to new people and making new friends. He loved to create and restore things, from antiques to old equipment and was an awesome mechanic. He loved to travel and worked overseas in the oil and gas industry and collected foreign money everywhere he went, along with items that interested him that he put on display for everyone to see as conversation starte, because he loved to tell stories of his travels and other interesting things he learned along the way. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and a brother, Edgar Killgore. Clyde is survived by his sons, Nolan Killgore and Ronald Killgore; his brothers, Howard Killgore , Gerald Killgore and Karl Killgore; his sister, Laverne Killgore; 4 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 6 nephews, 4 nieces and cousins far and near and countless friends.
