Christine Lenzen, 59, went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 25, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She passed peacefully with her mother, children, and sister by her bed side. She was surrounded by love and leaves behind a legacy of strength, devotion, and deep family bonds.

Christine was born on April 26, 1966, in Warwick, Rhode Island, to John Lenzen Sr. and Toni Lenzen (Ferioli). She was the oldest of six siblings and played a loving, guiding role throughout their lives.
Christine lived in Texas for approximately 35 years, where she built a life centered on family, hard work, and simple joys. She worked at Mesquite Pit for over 25 years, beginning at the Weatherford location and later transferring to the Mineral Wells Mesquite Pit when it opened in 2008. Her dedication and loyalty were evident to all who worked with her.
Christine was happiest at the beach, where she found peace and comfort in the sound of the waves and the warmth of the Sun.
She also treasured her childhood spent with her siblings in the Ocala National Forest, where they explored the land and fished the lakes together, memories that bonded them for a lifetime. Though adulthood took them in different directions, the closeness they shared never faded.
Christine will be remembered for her resilience, her love for her family, her strong work ethic, and her warm, caring heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Elmer and Fanny Lenzen; her maternal grandparents, Anthony and Esther Gaidamavice; her father, John Lenzen Sr.; her niece, Erica Vasquez; and her sister, Lisa Lenzen.
Survivors: Christine is survived by her loving mother, Toni Ferioli; her four children, Brittainy (Dennis) Knighton, Justin (Kourtni) Cates, Amanda (Alex) Baker, and Christopher Carnley; and her cherished grandchildren, Evalina, Peyton, Karter, Kendal, Kawliga, Eli, and Reese. She is also survived by her siblings: John Jr. (Dawn) Lenzen, Tony Lenzen, Jennifer (Frank) Williams, and Michael Ferioli; her nieces and nephews, Katie Lenzen, Josh Struke, Kimberly Lenzen, AJ Lenzen, Charlee Williams, Brianna Lenzen, and Laura Lenzen; along with many loving cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends.
