Charlotte Rosalee Cook

Charlotte Cook, 31, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2022 at a hospital in Longview. Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at White’s Azle Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, March 14, 2022 at White’s Azle Chapel. Charlotte was born December 28, 1990 in Fort Worth and was raised in Fort Worth as well. Over the years Charlotte has touched many lives, and will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Angelique Cook-Johnson; and stepfather, Charles Hammons, Sr. Charlotte is survived by brothers, Ezekiel Cook, Joshua Johnson and Eli Johnson; sister, Lily Johnson; adoptive siblings, Sherri Hoyos, Patricia Taylor, Joseph Pettis, Tiffany Ortega; adoptive mother, Carol Ortega; step-siblings, Kathryn DeLaCruz, Charles Hammons Jr. and Christopher Hammons.
