Charles H. Woods, 81, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021. Service: 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 21,2021 at White’s Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. to service time Tuesday, September 21,2021 at the Funeral Home. Interment: Staggs Prairie Cemetery following the service. Charles was born April 2,1940 in Pope, Mississippi to Arthur and Catherine Woods. He married the love of his life, Debbie Woods, September 22, 1978. He was a gas compressor mechanic who loved his skill and teaching younger men who were eager to learn. Charles enjoyed his work, God and his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Louise Grey; brothers, Coy Woods, Gerold Menan and Claude Woods. Survivors: Wife, Debbie Woods; sisters, Pearl Rosemond, Ruth Dunn and Hazel Devissor (Ray) and Nora Grey; brothers, James (Jim) Woods and wife, Rhonda, George Woods and wife, Rhonda, and Robert Woods and wife, Karen and Roy Woods and wife, Bobbie; children, Becky Gallagher and husband, Mark, Charles Woods, Jr. (Buddy) and wife, Twizza, and Jerry Wayne Woods; grandsons, Joshua Warshak, Mac McMillon, Connor Woods and Hayden Woods; great-grandson, Cheyson McMillon; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He will be greatly missed.
