Charles Allen Tanner

Charles Allen Tanner was born July 28, 1938 and went home to be with the Lord June 10, 2021.

 Memorial Service: 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 28, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Azle.

 Charles loved God, his family, friends, horses and dogs. He enjoyed team penning, team roping and wood working. In later years when his health would not permit many activities, he enjoyed tinkering in his shop and leathercrafts. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. 

Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Lila Napper; stepfather, Bennie Napper; and sister, Emma Tanner Newton. 

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joann Tanner; sons, Todd Tanner and wife, Rachel and Ty Tanner and wife, Khristina; grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Erin and Jake Tanner; and sister, Mona Williams.
