C W Darter

C W Darter, 85, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in Azle. 

Graveside Service: 2:00, Friday, February 1 at New Hope Cemetery. 

Visitation: 5 to 7 pm, Thursday at White's Funeral Home in Springtown. 

C W was a longtime resident of the Reno community where he and his wife of 62 years, Anna Lou Kirk, raised their family. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and retired from General Dynamics as an assembly supervisor. C W was a school board member for the Reno School District. He loved to play music with his friends and family. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and a sister.

 Survivors: wife, Anna Lou Darter; sons, Steve and wife, Carol of Reno, and Kenneth and wife, Vickie of Reno; daughters, Beth Ford and husband Rodney of Reno, and Freide Lou Kmiec of Azle; eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
