Billy Eugene Livingston, Sr.

Billy Eugene Livingston passed away Friday, July 21, 2023 in Weatherford. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Friday July 28, 2023 at Triple Cross Cowboy Church, 3470 Lipan Hwy., Lipan. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Billy was born March 1, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas, son of Oliver and Ola (Harden) Livingston. He proudly and bravely served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. Billy met the love of his life, Gail Smith, and they were married on November 24, 1984 and they would go on to spend nearly 39 happy years together. Billy had a strong work ethic and will forever be remembered as a hard worker. He started Employee’s Mechanical Contractors in 1984. Billy will be remembered as a collector, from guns to knives to motorcycles, and all things in between. He loved western movies, traveling, and visiting the Casinos. He will especially be missed by his beloved dogs Rea and Ragu. Billy is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and two sisters. Survivors include his loving wife, Gail Livingston; children, Billy Livingston, Jr. (Dana), Scott Livingston (Shana), and Stacey Fade (Garry); grandchildren, Robert “Robbie” Livingston, Kris Livingston, Austin Livingston, Hunter Livingston, Justin Livingston, Hannah Livingston, Tymber Livingston, and Maggie Clark; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Livingston; and a host of extended family members and friends.
