Barbara Nell Munro, 81, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020.
Graveside Service: 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy., Weatherford 76088.
Visitation: 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday in White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford 76086.
Barbara was born September 9, 1938 in Millsap, daughter of Edgar Holt Ames and Annie Mildred Puckett Ames.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin Munro; sister, Vada Huntley; and brother, E. H. Ames.
Survivors: Sons, Scott Munro and wife, Jan, and Lynn Munro and wife, Shelley; grandchildren, Cassie, Lindsey, Chris, and Jeremy Munro; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Emma Munro; sisters, Loweda Wood, and Faye Barnwell; brother, Joe Ames; and many extended family members and friends.
