John Scott Pederson, 61, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday at White’s Azle Chapel. Memorials: In lieu of flowers contributions made be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959. John was born in Grand Junction, Colorado March 14, 1956 to John M. and Kathryn Gautier Pederson. John loved to bass fish, go hunting, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He never met a stranger and always gave more than he received. John was an outdoor country boy. John loved to laugh and was such a jokester. He loved his children and grandchildren with a passion. John will be missed by all who knew him. John was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Wife, Elizabeth Pederson; sons, John Brandon Pederson, Michael Lane and fiancée, Jacqulyn and Van Jones and wife, Karli; daughters, Sarah Pederson and Nichole Pederson; sister, Suzanne Auten and husband, Perry; brothers, Matt Turner and wife, Evelyn, Mark Turner and wife, Lori and Chris Turner and wife, Kim; four grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many loving family members.
