Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery.
Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at White's Azle Funeral Home.
Survivors: Children, Dena Hernadez and husband, Arthur, Maria Morales and husband, Jason, Teresa Hernandez and husband, David, Daniel Perez and Noemia Threatt and husband, Demetris.
