Russell Lee Turner, Jr. M.D., 90, loving father, grandfather, physician and friend passed away Friday, April 28, 2017.
Service: 1:00 P.M. Monday in White’s Azle Chapel.
Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle.
Visitation: 4 to 6 P.M. Sunday at White’s Azle Funeral Home.
Russell Lee Turner, Jr, M.D. was born December 22, 1926 in Houston to the late Russell Lee Turner Sr. and Marion Grambling Turner. He honorably served his country in the United States Army in World War II in the 11th Airborne Division. Dr. Turner was a lifelong member of the Reagan Masonic Lodge #1037 in Houston.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Novely Ann Turner.
Survivors: Daughter, Anne Turner Wyatt and husband, John; son, Clinton Lee Turner and wife, Charlene; grandson, John Cyrus Turner; and granddaughter, Emily Evelyn Turner.
