Lynn was preceded in death by his wife, Francis Spencer.
Survivors: sons, William L. Spencer and wife, Carol, of Excelsior Springs, MO, and James Spencer and wife, Melissa, of Weatherford; grandchildren, Bradley and Melissa Spencer; and great-grandchildren, Will, Mary, and Ella Spencer.
