Jimmy Darrell Shaw

Jimmy Shaw passed away of heart failure on January 17, 2017 at the age of 63,  in a Fort Worth hospital.  

The celebration of Jimmy’s life will occur at the Shaw estate at 4737 Chisholm Trail, Weatherford  on Saturday February 4, 2017 at 1 p.m. with Wayne Ogle residing over the memorial service.  

He was cremated and his interment occurred on January 26, 2017 at the Woodland Park Cemetery in Mineral Wells.

 This will be an informal gathering and a meal will be served following the memorial service. Jimmy was born on January 31, 1953 in San Diego, California to his loving parents, Darrell and Eula Shaw, who preceded him in death. He was an excellent musician, often playing with his friends and the bands, and he was also a very good wood carver as shown by the numerous carvings displayed in the family homes.  

He is survived by his sisters and their spouses, Linda and Jerry Watts of Mineral Wells, Gloria and Bill Evans, of Burleson, and Brenda and Gary Rigsby, of Garland along with five nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
