Service: 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 24, 2016 at White's Azle Chapel.
Interment: Azleland Memorial Park.
Visitation: 9 A.M. to noon Monday, October 24, 2016 at White's Azle Funeral Home.
Scott was born December 24, 1965 in Plattsburgh, NY to Clarence Robert and Anne Marie Balducci Stay.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Joe.
Survivors: Sisters, Suellen Castellanos and husband, Jose, Anne Marie Hurley and husband, Bob; brothers, Mark Stay and wife, Liz, Bruce Stay and Randy Stay and wife, Jo; several nephews, nieces and loving family members.
