Gene Ball

Gene Ball, 84, loving father, grandfather, and friend passed away August 23, 2016 in Arlington. Service: 1:00 pm Friday, August 26, 2016 at White's Funeral Chapel in Springtown. Interment: Mt. Olivet in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the First Methodist Church of Springtown. Gene was born January 21, 1932 in Corsicana to the late William and Willie McCallister Ball. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Springtown for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Voncille Ball, and parents. Survivors: Son, Elton Ball and wife, Nancy; daughter, Johnna Doka; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
