Robert "Bob" Dale Long

WEATHERFORD -- Robert Dale "Bob" Long, 86, beloved father, grandfather and friend, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at a local care center. Graveside Service: 10 a.m. Monday at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy., Weatherford. Bob was born March 6, 1930 in Toledo, Ohio, son of Harry William and Laura Henneman Long. After graduating high school he proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Doris Jane Ault Long; brothers, Harry W. Long, Jr. and Kenneth D. Long; and grandson, Joshua M. Leal. Survivors: Sons, Dale Long and wife, Vicki, Randal Long and wife, Myra, Bruce Long and wife, Emily; daughter, Joy Summers and husband, Mark; grandsons, Terry M. Leal, Ryan S. Summers, Evan A.
