Jennifer Ann Shannon, 42, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Graveside service: 10:00 a.m., Friday at Azleland Memorial Park.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home.
Jennifer was born October 30, 1973 in Tucson, Arizona.
Memorials: Donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
Survivors: Children, Megan Yates and Sydney Yates; mother, Ronda Shannon; father, Timothy Shannon and wife, Lana; sisters, Amber Galvan and husband, Michael, Jill Shannon, and Taylor Shannon; nephews, Ryan and Alex Galvan; and fiance, Jim Hill.
