Opal Grace Grimes Mullins

Opal Grimes Mullins went to be with the Lord Monday, Dec. 14, 2015. Opal was born to Pearl and Thomas Grimes on Feb. 26, 1925 in Trion, Georgia. She retired from civil service with the Department of Defense, and was also a homemaker. Opal was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Hudson Oaks, NARFE and AARP. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.D. Mullins in 1994; son, Ronald Mullins; brothers, Thomas Grimes, Glenn Grimes and Howard Grimes. Survivors: Son, Richard Mullins; grandsons, Brad Mullins and Mike Mullins and wife, Malinda of DeLeon; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Hannah and Thomas Mullins; sister, June Warren of Roopville, Georgia; numerous nieces and nephews.
