Bula Fay Dugan, 91, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015. 

Graveside Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford. 

Visitation: 5 - 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

 Bula was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Weatherford.

 Bula was preceded in death by her parents, Elton Carnes and Mary Wall; husband, Robert Lee Dugan; twin sister, Eula Moore; sisters, Nora Gibson, and Mary Beth O'Bannon. Survivors: Daughter, Brenda Jacques and husband, Vick; son, Ricky Dugan and wife, Jane; sister, Clara Austin; brother, Theron Carnes; granddauther, Misti Dugan; grandson, Rowdy Dugan and wife, Becky; great-grandsons, Ranger Dugan, and Wyld Dugan; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends; sister-in-laws, Bea Baily, Margauriete Walker, and Maxine Dugan.
