Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday at Chapel Fellowship Church. Rhonda was born February 7, 1963 in Louisville, KY. to Jerry Wayne and Dorothy Mae Price. Rhonda was employed with the Child Development Center. She was a member of Chapel Creek Fellowship. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: Husband, Robert Young; daughter, Ronnie Rene Willingham; sons, Sam Willingham, Jr. and Robert Young, Jr.; grandson, Ty Thomas; brothers, Jerry Price Jr. and Tommy Price; Sisters, Karen Zang and husband, Gary, and Deana Shuler and husband, Don; brother-in-law, Gary T.
