Sherry LaNell Moss Johnson

WEATHERFORD -- Sherry LaNell Moss Johnson, 57, passed peacefully from this earth Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, after a three year battle with breast cancer. Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at North Side Baptist Church Worship Center, 910 N. Main St., Weatherford. Interment: Private Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at North Side Baptist Church Worship Center. Memorials: In lieu of usual remembrances the family suggests donations in Sherry's memory may be made to The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Weatherford. Sherry was born June 19, 1957 in Weatherford to Johnny Moss and Euna Huffstuttler Moss Crooks. On November 18, 1989 she married Darrell Wayne Johnson. Sherry lived in the Weatherford area all of her life. She was a hair dresser for over 30 years where she made many lifelong friends and grey hair blue. Sherry was preceded in death by Glendale Crooks. Survivors: Husband, Darrell Johnson; daughter, Jennifer Pool and husband, Josh; mother, Euna V. Crooks; sister, Kim Coddington and husband, James and son, Kyson Jones; granddaughters, Brenna and Macie Pool; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
