Ida Marie Knight

AZLE -- Ida Marie Knight, 78, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012. Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Azle Christian Church, 117 Church Street, Azle. Interment: Private Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Ida was born September 8, 1934 to Kirby and Gladys Simmons in Beaumont. She was a long time resident of Azle. Ida loved to sew, read and spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Azle Christian Church for many years. Ida was preceded in death by her parents; and her only brother. Survivors: Daughters, Judy Hart and husband, Gordon, of Arlington and Nancy Lavender and husband, Craig, of Azle; son, Stanley Knight and wife, Becky of Big Spring; grandchildren, Courtney, Megan, Brandon, Brad, Lindsay and Ali; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Brooklynn, Braxdon and Kasen; also numerous loved ones, friends and church family.
