WEATHERFORD -- Betty Jo Bolyn, 67, a lifelong resident of Weatherford, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Betty Jo Bolyn was born June 8, 1945, in Weatherford, daughter of the late Lawrence and R.V. Cooper Stultz. Betty was most proud that she was a born-again Christian, having been saved at the age of 16 at South Side Baptist Church in Weatherford. She was a soul-winner and had a big influence on the people with whom she interacted. Betty never met a stranger. Her hobbies included outdoor activities and working with flowers. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Fry Bolyn, in 2007; her parents; and a sister, Nettie Kachnovich.
