Modene Young

Modene Young, 87, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 in Azle. Services:1:00, Thursday, January 31, at White's Funeral Chapel in Springtown. Interment will follow in the Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8pm, Wednesday at the Funeral Home. A life long resident of Springtown, she loved flower gardening, quilting, and visiting with her friends at the coffee shop. Modene was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin; and twin brother. Survivors: daughters, Charlotte Jones and husband, Alan of Springtown, Sharon Hayes and husband, Wayne of Springtown, and Karen Stokes and Mack; sister, Lauren Gilley; grandchildren, Tina, Judy, Phillip, Tiffany, Klay, and Shelby; and ten great- grandchildren.
