Mickey Ray Smith

Mickey Smith, 59, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013.

Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 8,2013 in White's Azle Chapel. 

Mickey was born July 9, 1953 in Lambert, Mississippi to Obey and Helen Smith. He was a longtime resident of Azle. Mickey liked to garden, loved his grandchildren and pets. He loved history and watching 48 Hours on television.

 Mickey was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen; brother, Bobby; and daughter, Jennifer. 

Survivors: Son, Michael Wayne Smith and wife, Amanda; Brothers, Obrey Smith and wife, Kay of Azle, Jerry Smith and Billy Smith and wife, Christine all of Azle; sister, Deborah Carr of Azle; seven grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, friends and acquaintances.
