Billie Faye Ure

FORT WORTH -- Billie Faye Ure, 83, passed peacefully from this life on Thursday, March 28, 2013 in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley. Billie Faye Ure was born March 9, 1930 in Mankins, daughter of the late William Harrison Reed and Tennie Lou Pyles Reed. She was active in Parker County Women and was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Weatherford where she served as President of the Christian Sunday School Class. Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Ure; sisters, Lyda Cox of Fort Worth and Katie Halbert of Whitney; brother, King H. Reed of Electra. Survivors: Nieces, Leann Cox Adams and husband, Bob, of Fort Worth and Lou Halbert Adams and husband, Jack, of Whitney; nephews, Bill Halbert and wife, Theresa, of Whitney, Lonnie Halbert and wife, Barbara, of Walnut Springs, and Gary Reed and wife, Jan, of Electra.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
