Francis Pugh

Francis (Ned) Pugh passed away on April 2, 2013 at the age of 94 years. Service: 1 pm, Friday, April 5 at the Walnut Creek Baptist Church in Reno. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Thursday at White's Funeral Home in Springtown. Ned was a long time resident of Reno, dairyman, former mayor, and councilman for several years. He was a long time member and deacon at Walnut Creek Baptist Church. Survived by a son, James W. Pugh and wife, Carol of Reno; daughter, Jo Ann Hollingsworth and husband, Jerry of Reno; stepson, Jackie Watkins of Lake Worth; 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Mallie May Pugh, and wife Ina Pugh; parents, Jim and Mary Pugh; sisters, Addie Lou Trotter, Pairlee Hilburn, and Margaret McCracken; brothers, Harvey Pugh, and Caroll Pugh. The family would like to express their appreciation to Azle Manor and staff for the care of our loved one. A special thanks to Celeste, Tiffany, Candise, Beth, and Donna for their special care.
