Beyrl Sorcic

MINERAL WELLS -- Beyrl "Bee" Sorcic, 87, beloved mother and grandmother, left this earth to join her loved ones in heaven Thursday, April 11, 2013. Memorial service: 10 a.m. Monday at Perrin United Methodist Church, 101 Wilder, Perrin. Bee was born Feb. 9, 1926, to the late Farley Horace and Sophronia Jane Weaver Linder in Big Spring. She met, fell in love with and married the love of her life, Andrew Vincent Sorcic. They were blessed with two children and raised them in Azle for many years. She later lived in Perrin, Jacksboro and Mineral Wells. Bee was a sweet and loving Christian lady who spread peace and love to all she knew. She was a voracious reader and loved western novels and movies. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She will be deeply missed. Bee was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Andy; her sister, Ruth; and her brother, Wayne. Survivors: Son, Andy Sorcic and wife, Michelle; daughter, Marion Thurman and husband, Roland; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
