Randall "Randy' Joe Neeley , 48, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Fort Worth. Funeral Services: 10:00 am Thursday, June 13, 2013 at White's Funeral Chapel, Mineral Wells. Interment to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery, Ranger. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Randy was born on March 6, 1965 in Ranger, Texas to Claude and Beverly Hood Neeley. He has resided in Mineral Wells all his life owning and operating an Advertising Agency. Randy also earned his insurance license and was known as a great salesman. He was preceded in death by his mother. Randy is survived by his son, Blake Ortiz of Weatherford; father, Claude Neeley of Mineral Wells; sisters, Cindy Poe and husband Michael of Mineral Wells, and Beth Neeley of Mineral Wells; nieces, Krista Howard, Stacey Poe, and Lacey Poe all of Mineral Wells; nephews, Clay "Shorty" Neeley, and Riley Shane Neeley both of Mineral Wells; as well as numerous cousins, and many friends.
