Billy R Proctor

Billy R. Proctor, 71, beloved husband, father, and grand father passed away June 14, 2013 in Decatur.

 Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Cottondale, 145 Co. Rd. 3355, Paradise. 

Interment will be at 4 p.m. in the Como Cemetery in East Texas.

 Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home, Springtown.

 Billy loved animals, and devoted his time to farming. He loved children and was known as every ones favorite uncle. Billy married the love of his life, Jean Patton, on April 22, 1978. 

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Josh and Rosie Proctor; three brothers, R. C. Proctor, James Junior Proctor, and Stanley Proctor; four sisters, Ruth Felts, Ann Hildebrand, Margie Fleet, and Agnes Dunnagan. 

Survivors: wife of 35 years, Jean Proctor; daughter, Lisa Kelso and husband, Tom; grandsons, Gregory and Jeffery Kelso, sisters, Edna Proctor, Wilma Harris, and Robbie Parchman.
