Jay Turner, 97, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013.

Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday at North Oak Church of Christ, 901 North Oak Ave., Mineral Wells, 76067.

Interment: Sturdivant Cemetery.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home in Mineral Wells.

Jay was preceded in death by his daughter, Shirley Brunett.

Survivors: wife of 78 years, Nora Turner; daughters, Jerry Frantzen and Carolyn Waits; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
