Thomas Franklin Stanley, 74, passed away in Granbury on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Friday in Nelson Cemetery, 509 Nelson Road, Azle. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Thomas was born Jan. 14, 1939, to the late Douglas Clyde and Veda Celestine Morgan Stanley in Jefferson County. Tommy was a sweet brother. He joins his parents; sister, Sara Twilligear; and brother, Douglas Stanley. Survivors: Two sisters, Connie Blackmon and husband, Steve and Bobbie Franklin and husband, Jesse; brother, Kenneth Stanley and wife, Kimmi; brother-in-law, David Twilligear; aunt, Barbara Morgan; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
