Margie Faye Winkles

Margie Faye Winkles, 90, passed away Monday, July 29,2013 in Azle. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church in Mineral Wells. Interment will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Burkburnett Cemetery in Burkburnett, Texas. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Whites Funeral Home 101 N. E. 4th Ave, Mineral Wells, Texas. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Wells or the Millsap Garden Club. Margie was born September 4, 1922, to the late J.D. and Atcie Guthrie Adkins in Electra, Texas. She married Carl E Winkles on April 7, 1945 in Waurika, OK. Margie was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Wells. She was a homemaker and a bookkeeper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl E Winkles and her brothers and sisters. Survivors: Daughter, Carlene Winkles and many nieces and nephews
