WEATHERFORD -- Joe Parnell, 77, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at home. Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church, 1900 N. F. M. 51, Weatherford. Interment: 10 a.m. Monday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Joe's memory to Calvary Baptist Church, 1900 N. F.M. 51, Weatherford, TX 76085. Willie Joe Parnell was born on January 7, 1936 to James Calhoun and Daisy Parnell in Lake City, South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Shuck; and son, Gary Roskydoll. Survivors: Loving wife of 17 years, Clair Parnell; children, Ron Harmon, Tresa Hoover, Eddie Roskydoll, Susan Hyde, Mechell LeBlanc and Holly Thornton; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four brothers; one sister; many nieces, nephews and friends.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
