Charles Erman Swigggart, 74, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 in Azle with his loving family by his side. Inurnment service will be held at DFW National Cemetery at a later date it will be private.Charles was born to Woodrow and Edna Swiggart in Winslow, Arkansas on December28, 1938. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy.He is survived by his loving wife, Clara Martin Swiggart.
