Linda M. Horton, 75, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014. Service: 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 401 N. Main Street, Springtown 76082. Interment: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home.Linda was born June 11, 1938 in Muskegon, Mich. to Lloyd and Eunice Baker. She retired from Lockheed after 43 years of service. Linda had been an active bowler in the Swinging Senior League at City View Bowling Lanes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Horton; and great-grandson, Garrett Smith.Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her.Survivors: Daughter, Susan White and husband, Jesse; grandchildren, Bubba Short, Morgan White, Casey Short, Tiffany Short, Miki Smith and Brook White; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Terry Baker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
