Ronald Lee Blackstock

WEATHERFORD -- Ronnie Blackstock, 77, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014. Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at The Church in Peaster, 8601 FM 920, Peaster. Interment: Peaster Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Ronnie was born Feb. 13, 1937, in Graham to Proctor and Mary Lillian Blackstock. He was a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Law. He began his law practice in Houston and then moved to Marshall, where he practiced for many years. He and his wife, Mary, moved to Weatherford where he began his law office, Blackstock and Sanders. He retired in 2000. Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years, Mary Blackstock, in 2010; his parents; and numerous cousins.
