ALEDO -- Cindy Louise Lewis, 57, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014, and is celebrating eternal life with her Jesus. Memorial service: 4 p.m. Saturday at Aledo Christian Center, 241 N. Front St., Aledo, 76008. Cindy was born March 8, 1957, in Muskegon, Michigan, to Louise Nadeau and Donald Severson. She lived for a time in Kentucky before moving to California. After graduating from Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, California, in 1975, she moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she raised her son and daughter and two stepchildren. For many years she ran her own day care, nurturing and loving every child trusted to her care as though they were her own. In recent years she was delighted to re-connect with many of those children who are now raising their own children. Cindy moved to Texas where on November 6, 2010, she married the love of her life. Together with Bob she traveled extensively, always going out with love and coming home with joy. Cindy's remarkable gift of love healed many crushed and broken hearts.
