George Page, 53, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014, with his loving family by his side.Graveside service: 1 p.m. Saturday in Azleland Memorial Park, 850 N. Cardinal Rd., Azle. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle.Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's name to a Humane Society of your choice, because of his love of animals.George was born Dec. 17, 1960, in San Angelo to Oscar Page and Georgra Jowers Page. He graduated from San Angelo Central High School and attended TSTI in Sweetwater. George married the love of his life, Lori, in November 2007 in Lake Worth. He worked as a welder for Hirschfield Steel for many years and most recently was a foreman for Tippen Fabrication in Boyd. George loved the outdoors and animals of all kinds. He was a faithful friend and loved spending time with friends and family; he never met a stranger.The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Harris Fort Worth for all of the loving care provided to their beloved George.Survivors: Wife, Lori Page of Azle; son, J.R. Page and wife, Chandra, of San Angelo; stepdaughters, Whitney Horton of Springtown and Brooke Davis and husband, Charlie, of Azle; grandchildren, Khole, Caleb, Carter, Graycie and Paxton; sister, Jan Call and husband, Keith; niece, Chelsea Middleton; nephew, Brad Call; numerous loving family and friends.
