Martha L Griffin

Martha L. Griffin, 81, beloved wife passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 in Springtown. Service: 1:00 pm Thursday, June 12, 2014 at White's Funeral Chapel, 401 N. Main, Springtown. Interment to follow in the Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 11th, at the Funeral Home. Martha was born October 12, 1932 in Franklin County, daughter of the late Marvin and Iduma Harris. On December 23, 1976 she married the love of her life, John Griffin. Martha worked for Justin Boots and retired from General Dynamics after numerous years of service. She was a born again Christian and member of Grace Baptist Church in Springtown. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and two brothers. Survivors: Spouse of 37 years, John Griffin; stepsons, Darrell Griffin and wife, Shirley, and Wyatt Griffin; six nieces, eight nephews, and many friends.
