Arlene Reeves Box, 81, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014. Service: 10:00 A.M. Saturday at White's Azle Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Interment: Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Arlene was born in McCulloch County December 1, 1932 to Buford and Eunice Moore Reeves. She graduated from Carlton High School. Arlene had been the church secretary at Westworth Church of Christ, where she was a member, for many years. She loved genealogy, reading and Cherokee History. Arlene will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Floyd Gene Reeves; sisters, Virginia Williams and Sharon Watson. Survivors: husband, Johnny Box of Azle; son, Wade Box and wife, Sherri of Burleson; daughter, Carla Box Lindsey of Reno; granddaughter, Erin Box; grandsons, Carson Lindsey and Christian Lindsey; brother, Larry Reeves and wife, Traunsa of Azle; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
