David Allen Johnson

AZLE -- David Johnson, 67, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014, at his home in Azle. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. David Allen Johnson was born June 2, 1947, in Arkansas, son of the late George and Lillie Ensley Johnson. He owned and operated David and Son Aledo Automotive for more than 20 years and later drove a truck. He was a hard worker and worked all the time. David and Dana married in Weatherford on Oct. 3, 2003 and moved to Azle about eight years ago. David was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Shirley and Marie. Survivors: Wife, Dana Johnson of Azle; children, Jennifer Gossett and husband, Kelly, of Dennis, and David Johnson II and wife, Robin, of Azle; grandchildren, Shadrach, Titus, Joseph, Andrew, Savannah, Autumn, David III, and Lila; brothers, Bobby Johnson and wife, Marie, of Angola, Ind., and Leslie Johnson of Arkansas; step-children, Shanna Anderson and Jamie Johnston; and a host of loving family and friends.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
