WEATHERFORD -- Betty Ann Phillips, 80, died on July 11, 2014. Memorial Mass: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1802 Bethel Road, Weatherford. Visitation and Rosary: 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the church building fund of St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1802 Bethel Road; Weatherford Animal Shelter, 403 Hickory Lane; or Freedom House, 1149 Fort Worth Hwy., all in Weatherford. Betty Ann loved playing bridge, traveling (especially cruises), reading and looking at the flowers in her garden. She also loved cooking and entertaining, and was well-known for her parties. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was predeceased by son, Andy Phillips. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dr. Robert E. Phillips; children, Vicki Phillips of Dallas, Kathleen and James Chadick of Hempstead, Stephen Phillips of Ponder, Valerie Phillips of Hermitage, Tenn., Amy Phillips of Dallas, and Mark Phillips of Arlington; grandchildren, Coertney Chadick of San Diego, Calif., Zack Chadick of Redwood City, Calif., Jordan Chadick of Hempstead, and Ben Phillips of Plano; sister, Pauline McMurrey of Fort Worth; and a plethora of nieces, nephews and cousins.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
