POOLVILLE -- Dorothy Fay Linehan, 88, a longtime resident of Poolville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, surrounded by family in Willow Park. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Central Cemetery, 4290 Old Agnes Road, Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Dorothy Fay Linehan was born April 16, 1926, in Fort Worth, the third youngest of nine children to the late W.D. and Hattie Mae Sturdivant Stacks. While she was first and foremost a mother and loved her family dearly, Dorothy had many hobbies. Number one on her list was fishing; she loved fishing more than anything else. Dorothy was also an avid Texas Rangers fan and she loved to cook and sew and listen to country music. While Gale was still living, she and Dorothy loved to travel. Dorothy was a member of the Baptist church. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Orbie Linehan; a son, Dale Linehan; Dale's twin sister, Gale Brewer; her parents; two brothers; and four sisters. Survivors: Children, Jeannie Bradley and her husband, Eddie, of Poolville, William Linehan of Poolville, Bobby Linehan of Valliant, Okla., Michelle Winters and husband, Jon Bryant, of Comanche, Okla., and Loyd Linehan of Valliant, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ruth Harris of Poolville and Virginia Lightsey of Garner; daughter-in-law, Ann Linehan of Sayre, Okla.; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of loving family and friends.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
