WEATHERFORD -- Waneta "GG" Gibson, 85, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to all, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, surrounded by family in Weatherford. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: 2 p.m. Saturday in Llano Cemetery, Amarillo. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Waneta "GG" Williams Gibson was born Aug. 4, 1929, in Collingsworth County, daughter of the late JB and Alice Phipps Williams. She loved to share her faith in Jesus and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Weatherford. Waneta was preceded in death by her husband, DC Gibson; and her parents. Survivors: Son, Jerry Barrow and wife, Virginia, of Weatherford; granddaughter, Amy Oglesby and husband, Don, of Weatherford; grandson, J.D. Barrow and wife, Nichele, of Amarillo; great-grandchildren, Brittanie Oglesby, Daniel Oglesby, Nathan Balogh, Kaleb Barrow; great-great-granddaughter, Serenity Harris; twin sister, Mary Aleta Riddlesburger of Mt. Pleasant; brother, Randy Williams of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister, Karyl Scheel and husband, Lee, of Redmond, Wash.; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
