WEATHERFORD -- Ida Mae Paupke, 79, passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 10, 2014. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church, 1602 S. Main St., Weatherford. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Central Christian Church. Ida was a longtime resident of Weatherford. She was a florist for most of her life and owned Forget Me Not. She was also the founder of the women's support group Freedom House of Parker County. She touched many lives with her generosity and care and will be greatly missed. Ida was preceded in death by her father, Soloman Gilbert; mother, Jewel Waldrop; stepfather, Lee Waldrop; brother, Alfred Gilbert; and sister, Lucille Williams. Survivors: Husband of 56 years, Rudy Paupke; children, Patricia Dees and Randy L. Paupke; grandchildren, Don Dees and wife, Bobbie, Jodi Paupke, Michael Dees and wife, Elizabeth, Linsi Paupke and fiance, Beau Brassell, and David Allison; great-grandchildren, Dakota Dees, Colton Dees and Dante Dees; sister, Arzille Petty; sister-in-law, Patt Browy; daughter-in-law, Sandy Allison and husband, Chris; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.White's Funeral HomeWeatherford, 817-596-4811
