Claudia Faye Forman

ALVORD -- Claudia Faye Forman, 84, passed away Thursday, November 15,2012 in Decatur. Service: 10:30 am, Monday, November 19, at the First Baptist Church of Alvord. Interment will follow in the Alvord Cemetery. Claudia was married to husband, Herbert Forman who preceded her in death on September 10, 2012. Claudia was born, January 27, 1928 in Weatherford to Ward and Alice Buchanan. She was a long time resident of Alvord. Claudia was a great mom, homemaker, and wife. She loved doing needle point, crafts, reading, and spoiling her grandchildren. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and one brother. Survivors: sons, Chris Forman of Alvord, Steve Forman and wife, Julie of Weatherford; daughter, Leisa Newlin and husband, Jim of Houston; grandchildren, Daniel Tucker of Tulsa, OK, David Tucker of the United State Navy, Jacob Yale of Azle; and many friends and acquaintances.
