PARADISE -- James Ferguson, 69, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, in Paradise. Service: 1 p.m. Friday in White's Funeral Chapel in Springtown. Interment: Annetta Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. James was born in Fort Worth to Johnnie and Vera Ferguson on April 2, 1943. He was an Army veteran and worked for J.L. Steel for many years. He was a member of Faith Baptist Fellowship Church of Fort Worth. James was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kenneth Ferguson. Survivors: Wife of 17 years, Linda; son, Eddie Ferguson and wife, Maria, of Weatherford; daughters, Pam Vick and husband, R.J., of Springtown, Rhonda Carrillo of Boyd and Carol Green and husband, David, of Weatherford; stepdaughter, Amy Miller and husband, Byron, of Evans, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Johnny Wayne Ferguson and wife, Jo Anne, George David Ferguson and wife, Jean; sister, Patricia Ivey and husband, Edward; many loving nieces and nephews; and his coon dog, Hulk.
