Ray Kellum

Ray Kellum, 86, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went to be with the Lord Monday, October 22, 2012 at his residence in Azle. Service: 10:00 A.M. Friday in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Ray was born on March 1, 1926 in Telephone, TX to George and Lela Burch Kellum. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Ray had been a resident of Azle for the last 13 years. He retired from the City of Fort Worth where he was a mechanic. Ray was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Mike. Survivors: wife of 62 years, Virginia Kellum of Azle; son, Gary Kellum of Fort Worth; daughter, Jan Wasser and husband, Terry of Azle; grandchildren, Cory Wasser and wife, Kayleigh, Jared Wasser and wife, Heather; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Fisher, Kensie and Kendal.
