WEATHERFORD -- Lois Onetha Allen, 90, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Avenue, Weatherford. Lois was born October 14, 1922, daughter of Walter Henry and Julia Lee King Moore, in Lamar County. She was a resident of Weatherford for over 20 years. The Allen family wishes to send special thanks to Crescent Senior Care Center and Alpha Omega Hospice for their loving care. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband, V. L. Allen; daughter, Cecile Garrison; grandson, Troy Parnell; granddaughter, Angelina Marcantonio; brother, Sam Moore; and sister, Eunice Lambert. Survivors: Daughters, Barbara Allen and Joan Marcantonio and husband, Richard, all of Weatherford; twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; sister, Maryles; brother, Curtis Moore; and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
